• During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll work to ship your order as quickly as possible.
2. Delivery Time
• Typical delivery to U.S. addresses is up to 12 days from shipment (excluding processing time). Some high-demand items may require an additional 5–10 business days for production before shipping.
• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
• You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
3. Tracking Your Order
• Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
• Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays outside our control may occur, including:
